Refund policy

When purchasing goods from our online store GEMMI.LV, you have the right to apply the right of withdrawal, and as such, within a 14 day period from the day of receipt of the goods, you can withdraw from the order made, without stating the cause for withdrawal. To apply the right of withdrawal, you should send or submit a notification to SIA Gemmi.lv , 88-1 Lacplesa Street, Riga, LV-1003 or any other affiliate, about your decision to apply the right of withdrawal. You can apply to withdraw by using the Withdrawal Form provided in the Appendix of the Consumer Protection Law. However, it is not obligatory to use this form. The usage date of the right of withdrawal will be considered as observed, if you do not send the notification before the end date for the right of withdrawal.

After receiving your withdrawal notification, we will repay you the price of the goods received from you in a 14 day period from the date of receipt of the goods. Delivery expenses for the Goods are not redeemed and you shall cover the return expenses for the goods.

We draw your attention to the fact that you will not be able to use the withdrawal rights in cases that do not allow a warranty service and are mentioned above, as well as if warranty seals or goods packaging are unsealed/damaged.
